Mo Chairman, Board of Directors
Prior to founding Rayn, Mo spent two decades at Accenture, most recently as a Managing Director in their Communications, Media & Technology (CMT) group advising and consulting with global clients such as AT&T, GSMA, Telenor, StarHub, Telkom Malaysia, Google, Facebook, Grab, Gojek & Lazada. He led Accenture’s Sales & Operations in CMT ASEAN, growing it 7x in 3 years. He has worked with some of the region’s fast-growing unicorns - one merging with a US-listed SPAC, the other leading to an $18B merger to form the largest technology group in South East Asia.
Prior to Accenture, Mo was a product engineer at a large telecommunications company in the US specializing in new product enhancements for wide-area network communication analyzers. Mo holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University & has completed his Executive Education in Strategy & Innovation from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Farwa Hasnain Chief Executive Officer
Farwa brings nearly 2 decades of expertise in Corporate Governance, Strategic Planning, Leadership Development, Operations, and People Management. With a strong track record of building innovative teams and driving impactful initiatives, Farwa is committed to solving some of Pakistan's most critical challenges in public health and sustainability. She is also a PICG-certified board director. Before joining Rayn, she helped build Karandaaz Pakistan and led the People, Operations, and Governance functions of the entity.

Asim Shafique Vice President Business Development
Asim has over 15 years of leadership experience across programs in Asia and Europe. At Telenor, he spearheaded Digital Transformation, playing a significant role in launching Pakistan's leading telco app, and the first mobile financial services solution (Easypaisa). Asim also led the digitization of regulations in Pakistan's health sector as Member IT.
